Mayfair’s previous Boston Keep has been offered for practically $4 million to the Wauwatosa Group Advancement Authority — which will seek new uses for the long-vacant making.
The authority purchased the two-story, 216,664-sq. foot constructing, and its 15-acre ton, at an auction for $3.95 million.
